Any Player who misrepresents their age during registration commits a material breach of these Terms, and dk333 reserves the right to void all bets, confiscate all funds, and close the Account without notice.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered Account with dk333. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is a Prohibited Activity. Where multiple Accounts are detected, dk333 may merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and void all associated bets and balances.
3.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — is accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
3.4 KYC Verification. dk333 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity and age at any point, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by dk333 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dk333 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. dk333 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific location. Access to dk333 is void where prohibited by applicable law.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dk333 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All transactions and activities conducted through your Account will be deemed authorised by you, and dk333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Suspicious Activity. You must notify dk333 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you become aware of any security vulnerability in the Platform. dk333 may place a temporary suspension on your Account while investigating reported security incidents.
4.3 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your dk333 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance — after deducting applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and any pending withdrawal conditions.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has been inactive (no login, no deposit, no bet placed) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. dk333 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee on dormant Accounts, the amount and conditions of which will be communicated to the Player's registered email address in advance.

5.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. dk333 applies a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable — meaning that funds deposited via a specific payment method will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method. Where the original method is unavailable for withdrawal, dk333 will coordinate an alternative with the Player.
5.6 Deposit Funds Source. You warrant that all funds deposited on dk333 are from a legitimate source and are legally owned by you. The use of funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to access the Platform; (b) technical malfunctions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues; (c) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or (d) changes to game rules, odds, or bonus terms.

13.2 Where an Account is terminated for cause, dk333 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, dk333 reserves the right to forfeit the Balance in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
13.3 You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting dk333 customer support. Voluntary closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded upon completed KYC verification.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dk333 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits the consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
